THE Kwacha is anticipated to recoup some of its losses against the United States (US) dollar in the short term as exporters and sellers meet their mid-month tax obligations, financial market players project.
Cavmont Bank says the local unit remained unchanged on Monday against the dollar, as it continued trading at K10.05 and K10.10.
In its market report, the bank says market activity was rather subdued as most players, especially corporates, continued trading the currency pair cautiously.
