KENYA’s Don Smith yesterday won the 2016 Africa Rally Championship (ARC) title after his rival Muna Singh Jnr failed to finish the Pearl of Africa Uganda Rally.
And Zambia’s Ismail Shermohamed has won the ARC 1600 cc category.
Smith only needed to complete the rally in Kampala but he was handed an early celebration after the Zambian retired in stage five.
Muna and his older sister Jasmeen retired when their car developed a mechanical fault.READ MORE
