In response the accused told the court that he had understood the charges.
Mr Chilingala told the accused that the charges were only tried by the High Court adding that he would only appear before the court to wait for instructions from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
“You have just appeared before me for the explanation of the charges and you will continue to do so until the instructions are received from the DPP,” he said.
Mr Chilingala said the case would only be committed to the High Court after receiving instructions from the DPP.
