THE multi-million dollar Kazungula Bridge, which is under construction, is expected to employ over 700 people during its peak period, the Road Development Agency (RDA) has said.
The US$259.3 million bridge is being built by Zambia and Botswana with financial support from Japan International Co-operation Agency and the African Development Bank.
RDA chief executive officer Kanyuka Mumba said the project is scheduled for completion in December 2018 and that so far 20 percent of the overall physical works have been done.READ MORE
