Kaymu launches Umutima Africa Clothing on its online catalogue

ZAMBIA’S online shopping outlet, Kaymu, has announced the launch of Umutima Africa Clothing on its online catalogue.
Kaymu Zambia country manager John Paul Makilya said the opening of the Umutima Lifestyle online shop was an exciting opportunity to promote local fashion talent.
“We are quite excited about Umutima opening on Kaymu Zambia and look forward to collaborating with them as they launch their new Zambian-themed street wear in the coming months,” he said.
Umutima, meaning “heart” in the Bemba language, is exactly where this clothing line comes from. Started by Knut Gronna from Norway partnered with Michael Nkhosi and Lyson Zulu of Zambia, the fashion label is aimed at promoting a culture of love and unity.
Established in 1999, the label aims at promoting social consciousness amongst youth through the branding and sale of t-shirts, caps, hoodies and a range of “street” apparel.
Kaymu is Zambia’s leading online marketplace that connects buyers and sellers in an extensive range of products including electronics, books, fashion items, gadgets and even cars on a secure platform.
