VETERAN politician Katele Kalumba has advised politicians to tone done on their unsubstantiated corruption allegations against Government and provide constructive checks and balances on matters of national interest.
Dr Kalumba said political conduct should be well organised for it not to appear baseless to Zambians.
He said in an interview yesterday that political party leaders should ensure they issue statements based on evidence and facts.
“It is true that we have a democratic right to speak freely as individuals and this is provided for through a free media?
