Karatekas, boxers demand ZAF jobs

ZAMBIA Air Force (ZAF) boxers and karatekas have requested the command to consider employing them on permanent basis.
Boxers and karatekas, who stormed the Zambia Daily Mail offices in Lusaka yesterday, said they feel neglected by the ZAF command.
The sportsmen, who spoke on condition of anonymity, appealed to the ZAF commander to come to their aid.
“We have been training for 14 good years and none of us has been employed. Employment has become a song of the day but nothing has been done. We have won trophies on many occasions under ZAF and that is evidence enough how hard-working we are.READ MORE
