INSPECTOR-GENERAL of Police Kakoma Kanganja has made an historic visit to El Fasher, North Darfur, in a symbolic gesture of Zambia’s contribution to African Union/United Nations Hybrid Mission in Darfur (UNAMID).Mr Kanganja’s visit, which is the first of its kind in the history of the Zambia Police Service, was undertaken to attend a medals’ parade and appreciate the operations of UNAMID.
