THE disclosure by Chipili Member of Parliament that Chishimba Kambwili is courting UPND to be a running mate to HH in 2021 general elections has not come as a surprise to some of us.
But l do not think he means well for the party he has been insulting and labelling “Bantu Botatwe” party.
It is in public domain that the man’s plate is full of court cases.
Mr Kambwili’s strategy is to escape these cases if HH is, in very unlikely circumstances, elected by the people of Zambia.
Mr Kambwili appears to have ethical issues to deal with before he can run for Plot One.
