Kalulushi NAPSA complex residents reject rental increment

RESIDENTS occupying houses at the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) complex in Kalulushi on the Copperbelt Province have rejected plans by the authority to increase rentals by 11 percent effective from January 1, 2017.
The residents have since petitioned Kalulushi member of Parliament Kampamba Mulenga to engage NAPSA and persuade them to rescind the decision claiming the increment is unjustifiable.
This is according to a letter of petition signed on behalf of the tenants by the residents’ committee chairperson Monde Mashombotwa and her secretary Richard Mwanza addressed to Ms Mulenga.READ MORE
