FORMER Minister of Foreign Affairs and Bahati Member of Parliament (MP) Harry Kalaba’s journey in the ruling Patriotic Front (PF) has come to an end. He has now entered the uncharted waters as an opposition leader.
Mr Kalaba was expelled from PF on Saturday for allegedly bringing the name of the party into ridicule and contempt, and by spreading false information with the intention of injuring the party leadership.
Mr Kalaba has since announced that he will not waste the court’s time by challenging his expulsion and has relinquished his parliamentary seat to hit the ground running for presidency under the Democratic Party (DP) ticket. http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
