Japanese K60 million support impresses CB


COPPERBELT Minister Bowman Lusambo has lauded the Japanese government for pumping over K60 million in refurbishments and building of health facilities in Mpongwe and Masaiti districts.

Mr Lusambo said in Ndola yesterday that Government is impressed with the commitment shown by Japan to improve maternal health.
“Government, through the leadership of His Excellency Edgar Lungu, is pursuing an aggressive diversification programme. We are happy that this partnership between Japan and Zambia has come to our province and we are excited about the project,” Mr Lusambo said.
