Janza hails Arrows players

CECILIA ZULU, Lusaka
RED Arrows coach Honour Janza has hailed the performance of his players in Friday’s win over Zimbabwean side Caps United.
And Janza said Arrows are courting Green Eagles midfielder Spencer Sautu.
Janza said in an interview at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka after Arrows beat Caps 2-0 that his players showed good character in their display.
“It is not about me, it is about the players. They are not yet there but what is important is that they have shown the character and they can be better. The win is a good motivation and credit to the players for the way they have responded.
“We have the players that can do good for the team this season but it is just about making them believe in themselves. If you look at our squad, you see players that have played even at national team level,” Janza said.
And Caps coach Lloyd Chitembwe described the game as decent.
Meanwhile, Janza said negotiations with Eagles over Sautu have reached an advanced stage.
“We are looking at bringing Sautu and a few enforcements that will add depth to our team,” he said.
