A FIFTY-YEAR-OLD man of Bulangililo township has dragged a 21-year-old man to court, demanding a payment of K13,000 for damaging his daughter’s virginity.
The 21-year-old man has since left the girl for another one.
Innocent Chileshe sued Innocent Sikaona in the Bulangililo Local Court to demand the payment for damaging his daughter’s virginity.
Chileshe told the court that in 2014, Sikaona impregnated his daughter, Josephine Chileshe, and admitted responsibility when he was summoned.
He testified that when the baby was born, he summoned Sikaona so that he could be charged for damage but that he never went to see him and that he instead ran away and only came back after three years http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
