THE University of Zambia (UNZA) has been blacklisted by financial institutions from borrowing after being declared insolvent by external auditors for failing to settle a K2.5 billion debt.
UNZA vice-chancellor Luke Mumba also said in an interview that the institution has come up with a three-year financial strategy to liquidate the money it owes individuals and institutions.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
