Hilton Garden creates 100 jobs for locals

LUSAKA Zambia.

THE Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, which is scheduled to open its doors to the public next week, has created over 100 jobs for the locals.
National Pensions Scheme Authority (NAPSA) owns the hotel and Hilton comes in as brand and operators.
In 2010, NAPSA released funds for the renovation of the multi-storey building owned by the Zambia National Building Society and the Society House at a cost US$100 million.
Hilton Garden Inn general manger Kudzayi Nheweyembwa said in an interview on Friday shortly after touring the hotel that the contractor officially handled over the building to management on Thursday last week.
“We are looking forward to opening the hotel to the public on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. As Hilton, we treasure this relationship and are grateful to the government for its support throughout the process of the renovation
