FORMER United Party for National Development (UPND) deputy spokesperson Edwin Lifwekelo has advised losing presidential candidate Hakainde Hichilema to step down because the opposition party is not a personal-to-holder property.
Mr Lifwekelo said Mr Hichilema should stop living in denial and understand that President Lungu is the one who is ruling the country.
