GREEN Buffaloes captain Adrian Chama has urged his teammates to guard against complacency when they tackle South Sudanese side Al Merreikh in next Wednesday’s Confederation Cup preliminary round return leg in Juba.
And Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Andrew Kamanga has congratulated the country’s envoys in the Africa inter-club competitions on registering victories.
Zesco United and Nkana beat Nigerien side AS Sonidep and Uniao Desportiva Songo of Mozambique respectively 2-1 apiece in the CAF Champions League preliminary round fixtures while Green Eagles edged Young Buffaloes of eSwatini 2-0 in the Confederation Cup preliminary round first leg in Choma on Tuesday.
