GOVERNMENT is saddened by the death of four people, among them three schoolchildren, who were hit by a speeding motor vehicle in Lusaka’s Ibex Hill on Wednesday. The three school-going children were identified as James Phiri, 13, Felix Mwansa, 14, and Richard Mapulanga, 15, who were all pupils at Family Legacy School located in the same area.
