GOVERNMENT has upgraded six primary schools to secondary in Chienge district in Luapula Province to enable more people to complete their education.
Chienge district education board secretary (DEBS) Joseph Musonda said in an interview that Government attaches great importance to the delivery of quality education to citizens countrywide.
Mr Musonda named Museka, Muya, Pondwa, Mwase, Lundunda and Lambwe Chomba as the schools which have been upgraded to secondary schools.
He said the district lacked secondary schools and pupils would only access secondary education in other districts.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
