‘Formulate policies to enable country benefit from electric cars market’

UNIVERSITY of Zambia (UNZA) academician in the School of Mines Department of Mining Engineering, Thomson Sinkala, says there is need for Government to formulate policies to enable the country to fully benefit from the electric cars market.

Professor Sinkala said creating laws that compel the executive, the judiciary, investors, civil society and the public to maximises and protect local investment, entrepreneurship and skilled manpower, among others, is critical in driving Zambia’s agenda for industrialisation.
