Finecop Enterprises invests $500,000

FINECOP Enterprises Limited, distributors of Tormac pumps, has invested more than US$500,000 in a bid to provide innovative water solutions.
The company, which won the best exhibitor award for indoor exhibition at the just-ended Agritech Expo in Chisamba, was recognised for providing high quality and innovative pumping solutions.
In an interview, general manager Satish Kumar said Finecorp has been jointly working with Tormac Pumps since 2011 to support the pumping needs of agriculture, residential, mining, and government institutions, among others.
He said Tormac pumps are acclaimed for reduced operational costs, maintenance-free and are able to withstand wide voltage fluctuations especially in the case of power outages.
Mr Kumar said Finecorp has brought on the Zambian market high quality and energy-efficient products of stainless steel and cast iron borehole pumps (4”, 6”, 8” & 10”), serviceable water filled motors (4”, 6”,8” & 10”), booster pumps, and centrifugal pumps among others.
“High grade stainless steel construction, silicon steel stampings, innovative fabrication technology, designed and manufactured under digital environment to ensure zero defects.
“Quality is the key factor for all Tormac products, production of flawless and efficient products on par with international standards. The R&D wing stays alive to the changing global trends and comes out with viable solutions for innovative product development and upgradations,” he said.
Mr Kumar said the Tormac products come in a range of more than 1,000 models to support various geographical field conditions.
