LIVINGSTONE Chamber of Commerce and Industry president Namakau Siyanga says the decision by Spar to withdraw its operations from Zambia should give an opportunity to locals to fill the void.
Ms Siyanga said Zambian corporates have capacity to operate supermarkets across the country.
