NANCY MWAPE, Lusaka
MINISTER of Agriculture Dora Siliya has called on farmers to exploit the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Angola markets through exports of various agricultural produce and products.
Ms Siliya said there is need to re-organise Kasumbalesa border and other entry points to support local farmers to export to regional markets.
“We have to do better to provide trade infrastructure at borders such as Kasumbalesa. DRC wants everything including rice, pork, tomatoes, maize and yet we are failing to meet the demand.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
