FORMER Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) commissioner-general Kingsley Chanda was yesterday detained at Woodlands Police Station in Lusaka pending an official charge. Mr Chanda, who was accompanied by his lawyer, Wallace Chitungu, was taken to Woodlands Police Station after he appeared before the Joint Investigations Team (JIT).
