Everyday should be customer day

Dear editor,
THIS week, corporates celebrated customer care week.
It was a pleasant experience as clients were being flattered with unique customer care by various service providers.
In the United Bank for Africa (UBA) branches for instance, a table was laid with cloth which had flowers, drinks – fizzy and fruit juice and sweets.
For a continental bank, such should be daily treats for its customers, just like the other corporates.
By the way, UBA should consider having another automated teller machine at its Cairo Road branch.
One is not enough going by the queues that form during peak hours.
Good show UBA, otherwise everyday should be customer day.
