Energy firm starts trade on LuSE

CYNTHIA MWALE, Lusaka
CEC Africa Investment Limited (CECA) has now started trading on the Lusaka Securities Exchange (LuSE) second tier market.
This entails that CECA has registered its issued equity securities with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Zambia, and will automatically be quoted on the LuSE effective October 9, 2017.

Although a quoted company has not met the requirements to be listed on the LuSE, it is expected that this company will work towards being a listed company.
