Don’t depend on white-collar jobs – Luo

GOVERNMENT has urged universities and colleges to promote entrepreneurship and information and communications technology (ICT) studies to enhance citizens’ ability to transform Zambia into an industrial hub in the region.
Minister of Higher Education Nkandu Luo said Government needs a pool of business-minded graduates to complement its industrialisation and job-creation agenda.
