Don’t dare, UPND youths told

POLICE have warned of stern action against suspected United Party for National Development (UPND) youths who are inciting violence in a video which has gone viral.
But party vice-president Geoffrey Mwamba says the said video is fictitious and has been propagated by its opponents.
A 02.24 minutes raw cellphone video has gone viral on social media showing a group of suspected UPND youths inciting violence ahead of the Chilanga by-election, and insulting some officials of the Patriotic Front.
