THE Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has secured a K1.1 million sponsorship deal with Eden University for next year’s National Division One League.
FAZ and Eden signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in Lusaka yesterday which will see the latter sponsoring the National Division One League for five years with an initial K1.1 million package for next season.
University chief executive officer Kelvin Kaunda said his institution is happy to be associated with the development of the game in Zambia.
“It is therefore with a great sense of pride that we are offering a package that will ensure sports development in this country. As a university we are aware about the need to increase the sponsorship package and we hope our package we have unveiled today (yesterday) will not perpetually remain the same year in and year out.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
