GOVERNMENT has appealed to farmers to diversify into drought-resistant crops and adopt conservation agriculture to mitigate effects of climate change.
Ndola District Commissioner George Chisulo said effects of climate change are real as evidenced by cyclones Idai and Kenneth that affected neighbouring countries Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Malawi and South Africa. http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
