DBZ offers US$75 million to SMEs

NKOLE MULAMBIA, Ndola
THE Development Bank of Zambia (DBZ) has announced a US$75 million lending facility for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
DBZ has received a choice of funding packages from three international financiers – China Development Bank (CDB), which has given the bank US$30 million; Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) of South Africa is giving out US$20 million; and US$25 million from African Development Bank (AfDB).
