THE Lusaka Magistrate’s Court has directed Chief Liteta not to threaten or physically assault his wife, Prisca Malembeka.
The court has also ordered the traditional leader not to engage in any sexual conduct that abuses, humiliates, degrades or violates Ms Malembeka’s integrity.
The court order follows Ms Malembeka’s application for a protection order against the traditional leader in the Anti- Gender-Based Violence Court.
According to the interim protection order granted to Ms Malembeka, dated April 18, 2018, the court has ordered Chief Liteta not to emotionally, verbally, or psychologically abuse Ms Malembeka.
