DAIRY Association of Zambia (DAZ) says there is need to institute a dairy sector investment programme to fully maximise its potential and promote the growth of small-scale farmers in the country.

DAZ policy officer Kapoche Mwale said an investment programme should also promote the establishment of Milk Collection Centres (MCCs) in various parts of the country.
