THE CHAWAMA Local Court has dismissed a divorce suit on grounds that the parties involved did not follow the right procedure of marriage.
The case of Alice Banda 28 of Kamwala South township who sued James Tembo 40 of Chalala township for divorce was thrown out by the court.
Facts before the court were that the two had been living together since 2012 and have a child together and bride price was not paid.READ MORE
