THE High Court has set December 5, this year, as the date for hearing inter parte all applications concerning the compulsory liquidation of The Post Newspapers Limited after its former employees demanded for its liquidation.
In this petition, former The Post Newspapers (in liquidation) employees have dragged the newspaper to court demanding for over K700,000 as money allegedly owed to them in salary arrears.
