THE Matero Local Court has ordered a 26-year-old man of Lusaka’s Kabwata township to keep away from his former girlfriend whom he had impregnated.
The order was granted to Norah Kalulu, 23, of Mtendere township who was seeking a restraining order against Ackson Banda.
The court ordered Banda to keep 100 metres away from Kalulu and advised the two to find an alternative on how Banda will see his child.
Before local court magistrate Lewis Mumba and Pauline Newa, was Kalulu who testified that Banda has been threatening her whenever he finds her with another man.
