Court dismisses Kalaba election petition

THE Lusaka High Court has dismissed the petition by losing United Party for National Development (UPND) Bahati parliamentary candidate Antony Makuwa challenging the election of Harry Kalaba as member of Parliament (MP).
Mr Makuwa sued Mr Kalaba as the first respondent and the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) as the second respondent.
