THE winners of this year’s Copa Coca-Cola football competition will pocket K30,000, which is double the amount Petauke Day won after beating Mwavi Secondary School of Luangwa in the finals last year.Unfortunately for Petauke, they will not be able to have a go at the K30,000 after failing to qualify for this year’s tournament although runners-up Mwavi will have another shot at the trophy for the third consecutive year.
The 26th edition of the competition, which is K1million richer, has another addition, a category for women, which the sponsors say is meant to encourage the participation of girls in football.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
