ConCourt guides Lozi loyalists opposing Litunga

THE Constitutional Court has given four Lozi traditional loyalists 21 days in which to provide better grounds on which Litunga Edwin Lubosi Imwiko can defend himself against their allegations.This is in a matter the four want the traditional leader to resign from the throne for alleged gross incompetence and abuse of power.
In a ruling delivered recently, judge Enock Mulembe ordered Nabiwa Imikendu, Litiya Mutemwa, Mukubesa Ilukena and Mumbisho Liswaniso to provide the Lozi king with better particulars of their claims to support him to put up a detailed defence.
