Concede defeat, promote peace, losing candidates told

AFRICAN Apostolic Church of Africa Archbishop Iwell Ngulube has advised losing presidential candidates, who have refused to concede defeat, to emulate the fatherly heart of President-elect Edgar Lungu by promoting peace and unity.
Bishop Ngulube, who is also Apostles Council of Zambia chairman general, said in a statement issued in Kitwe yesterday that losing presidential candidates have a critical role to play in promoting peace among their supporters.
