OVER 40 cleaners, security officers and general workers who were employed by Lusaka City Council (LCC) operating from Inter-City Bus Terminus have sued the local authority over alleged failure to remit National Pensions Scheme Authority (NAPSA) contributions. The lawsuit comes at a time when Government has enacted a law which allows partial withdrawal of 20 percent of pension contributions by NAPSA members who have contributed to the scheme for at least five years.
