NUNDWE

PRISCILLA CHIPULU, Ndola and LINDA NYONDO, Lusaka
COPPERBELT Province has recorded 60 Christmas babies with Ndola and Kitwe recording the highest number of births.
Speaking yesterday when he presented Christmas hampers to the babies at Ndola Teaching Hospital, Copperbelt Permanent Secretary Bright Nundwe said the 60 babies were born in all the 10 districts of the province.
He commended the medical staff in all the districts for delivering the babies safely.
“It is not easy these days to have safe deliveries. As a province, we are excited to receive these babies because they will be the future leaders. From the babies born today, we expect presidents, ministers and others,” Mr Nundwe said.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
