MARVIN Musona, a resident of Katoba area in Chongwe district, says he engages his children in his fish farming and brick-making businesses so that they should gain experience of how to run them when he grows older.
He says he wants his children to have full knowledge and understanding of how to manage the business.
Marvin says he needs the full support of his family if his business is to become a success.
“It is important that we involve our children in our businesses so that they acquire knowledge and experience. They can mess up the business if they don’t have full knowledge of how to run it,” he says.
Marvin says he hopes to increase his current harvest of 1,500 kilogrammes of fish to something much more.http://epaper.daily-mail.co.zm/
