THE national team training camp for local players that was set for tomorrow in Ndola has been pushed forward.
Team manager Stanley Kaseko said in an interview in Kitwe yesterday that the assessment of players will take place on May 1.
Kaseko said the players will camp at Mukuba Hotel in Ndola to start preparations for the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) Senior Challenge Cup set for June 11 to 25.
“The assessment of local players has been pushed to May 1. This is to allow the league [midweek matches] to go on,” Kaseko said.
