Chief’s sons sued over beating of stepmother

THREE of Chief Liteta’s sons have been dragged to the Kabwe Magistrate’s Court for allegedly beating their former step-mother, Prisca Malembeka.
On August 22 this year, Chibangu Mulondo, Nyale Mulondo and Charles Mulondo Junior allegedly assaulted Ms Malembeka when she went to ask the traditional leader (her ex-husband) about implementation of a court order to share property following their divorce in January 2018.
Chief Liteta’s sons are appearing before Magistrate Inambao Subulwa for assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
