CHEP happy with 2017 national budget

THE Copperbelt Health Education Project (CHEP) is happy that the 2017 national budget has proposed addressing most of the issues affecting women and children.
CHEP child rights project officer Ryan Ng’ambilani said in Kitwe on Tuesday that it is gratifying to note that Government took most of the proposals from civil society organisations on board.
Mr Ng’ambilani cited increased funding to early childhood education as one of the priority areas that civil society wanted Government to address and has been taken on board in the national budget.READ MORE
