I AM appealing to the Ministry of Community Development, Mother and Child Health in North-Western Province to closely supervise its office in Chavuma district.
The ministry should closely look into the management of resources under the Disability Fund from 2011 to date and the disbursement of the Social Cash Transfer from 2014.
The district administration should also take an interest in the manner officers have been running the affairs of Government in this wing.
People with disabilities, the aged and children are not benefiting from the various interventions Government has introduced that are meant to mitigate their hardships.
