Chambeshi’s return elates Nkana

WITH the Qatar 2022 World Cup dream over for the Chipolopolo Boys, Super Division Nkana are delighted that coach Beston Chambeshi will not have anything to distract him apart from Nkana duties and are hoping for the best going forward.
Club president Joseph Silwamba said in an interview yesterday that the Kitwe side suffered during the period Chambeshi was away on national duty and are looking forward to upcoming matches with him focusing solely on the club.
“I will honestly say that we really suffered in our last game against Green Eagles because all our three senior coaches were out on national duty and only came back two days and a day respectively before the game (Coach Beston was with the senior team, coach George Chilufya with under-17 and is still there, and goalkeeper coach Mike Poto was attending a coaching course). We can only hope for the best going forward,” he said.
