Chalwe says Kambole, Muwowo need time to adapt

FORMER Kaizer Chiefs striker Songwe Chalwe believes that Zambia internationals Lazarous Kambole and Aaron Muwowo still need time to adapt to the South African Premier Soccer League (PSL).
Despite having left the Zambian league as the best players at Zesco United and Forest Rangers respectively, both Kambole and Muwowo have had a rough time in the PSL.
Muwowo was voted player of the year in 2019 during the transitional league after scoring 10 goals, while Kambole was voted most disciplined and fans’ player of the year at Zesco United after helping the Ndola side to a league and ABSA Cup double.
However, game time has been limited for both, with Muwowo only playing two games in the PSL where he came on as a substitute and making the bench five times, while Kambole has featured 12 times for Chiefs in the league.
But Chalwe believes that both Kambole and Muwowo will find the rhythm soon because they are good players.
